We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Outdoor Sales Executives to join our team in the UAE. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by selling our diverse portfolio of digital solutions. This role is commission-based, with a strong emphasis on meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Promotion:
• Actively seek out and engage potential clients through field sales activities.
• Promote and sell a variety of digital solutions, including Digital Business Cards, Websites, Travel Portals, Real Estate Portals, Ecommerce Platforms, Social Media Marketing, SEO, ERP, and CRM Solutions.
• Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts with clients to close sales.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
• Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their requirements and concerns.
• Maintain and develop good rapport with both current and new clients.
• Follow up on progress, after-sales service, and pending payments from clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional customer service and strong listening and sales skills.
• Sales Coordination and Reporting:
• Coordinate sales activities with team members and other departments.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
• Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Provide client profiles to the admin team to prepare quotations and sample items if needed.
• Event Participation:
• Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences to promote products and services.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in selling complex IT solutions or managed services for 2 years minimum.
• Strong understanding of the sales and marketing process with excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and Hindi (Prefered).
• Proficiency in phone and cold calling techniques.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in conducting market research and evaluating customer needs.
• Ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations.
• Proficiency in creating sales reports and financial data reviews.
Compensation: For the First 1 Month
• This position is purely commission-based with attractive commission rates for the first 1 Month.
• To receive the basic pay for the first 1 month, candidates must achieve the minimum monthly sales target of AED 20000.
• Performance-Based Compensation: Upon meeting sales targets, candidates will transition to a competitive fixed salary structure complemented by commission incentives starting from the 2 month onwards.
