As an Outdoor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in the field. You will play a crucial role in driving our business growth and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking.
• Conduct in-person meetings with clients to present and demonstrate our products/services.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with customers, preparing and delivering sales contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing excellent after-sales support.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Prepare regular sales reports and maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Travel within the designated territory to meet clients and prospects.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and participate in trade shows and exhibitions.
• Continuously improve sales skills through training and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an outdoor sales representative or in a similar sales role.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools.
