Job Description

1.

Data Management

Update and maintain the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. Track and report sales and marketing performance metrics, including leads, conversions, and revenue. Assist in the collection and analysis of data to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
2.

Sales Support

Support the sales team with client inquiries, preparing sales quotes, proposals, and presentations. Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and client visits. Handle order processing, follow-ups, and delivery schedules for sales-related tasks. Assist with maintaining and updating sales collateral such as brochures, product sheets, and pricing lists.
3.

Marketing Support

Help in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, newsletters, and social media posts. Assist in organizing events, webinars, and trade shows, including logistics and marketing activities. Track marketing campaigns and gather feedback to improve future efforts. Help in managing content on the company's website and social media platforms.
5.

Customer Support

Act as a liaison between customers and the sales/marketing teams, handling inquiries and providing information about products/services. Assist with managing customer feedback and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
4.

Reporting and Analytics

Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities and their outcomes. Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and promotions and suggest improvements.
5.

Coordination

Coordinate between different departments (sales, marketing, finance, and logistics) to ensure smooth operations. Maintain and update the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring availability when needed.
6.

Database and Lead Management

Assist in lead generation efforts by managing email campaigns and tracking responses. Help manage and maintain a database of leads, prospects, and customers.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

Sales and Marketing executive: 2 years (Required)
