Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Outdoor Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for actively seeking new clients and engaging with potential corporate and residential customers to expand our business. Your primary focus will be on establishing Urclean as a preferred cleaning service provider in the region through direct outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outdoor sales activities to identify and secure new business opportunities in both corporate and residential markets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate agencies, property management firms, and Airbnb hosts.
• Actively network and engage with potential clients to understand their cleaning needs and present our services.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials and campaigns that support business development efforts.
• Attend industry events and networking functions to promote Urclean Cleaning Services and generate leads.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in outdoor sales or business development, preferably in the cleaning or related industry.
• Strong public relations skills with an extensive network of contacts within the UAE, particularly in Dubai.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the cleaning industry and its market dynamics is a plus.

Compensation: This position offers a competitive base salary plus commission based on performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

• Business Development Manager: 5 years (Preferred)
