Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new clients within the maintenance and service industry. Develop strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Present and promote company services to meet client needs. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in maintenance, construction, or related services. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to identify opportunities and generate leads. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of market pricing and service estimation is a plus.
