OnTime Group is seeking an enthusiastic Outdoor Medical Sales Representative who is Arabic speaking and has experience in the UAE healthcare market. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our medical products while cultivating strong relationships with healthcare professionals and facilities across the region.
### Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
• Conduct regular visits to clients to promote our medical products and services.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
• Engage in market research to identify new opportunities and gather competitive intelligence.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Outdoor Medical Sales Representative, specifically in the UAE healthcare market.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
• Strong understanding of medical products and the healthcare ecosystem.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
• Valid UAE driving license with Car and willingness to travel frequently.
