Job Overview
We seek a proactive and experienced Outdoor Media Sales Manager to lead our outdoor advertising sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating revenue, managing client relationships, and driving business growth. This role is crucial for expanding ENG's outdoor media presence while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and execute sales strategies specifically for outdoor media.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Provide detailed sales reports and revenue forecasts to senior management.
Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs.
• Offer customized outdoor advertising solutions to achieve client objectives.
• Ensure high client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in outdoor advertising.
• Conduct market research to expand into new sectors and demographics.
• Represent ENG at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.
Team Leadership:
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet individual and collective targets.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to enhance team performance.
• Promote a collaborative and results-oriented work culture.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in outdoor media sales or a similar role within advertising.
• Strong understanding of outdoor advertising principles and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the UAE market and outdoor advertising landscape is essential.
