Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Outdoor Cosmetics Sales Representative at Bahja Enterprises FZE LLC. The role involves visiting beauty salons and derma clinics to promote and sell beauty products, building relationships with customers, and meeting sales targets. While the role is primarily based in Dubai, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Responsibilities Visit Beauty Salons and Derma clinics to promote and sell cosmetics products. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits. Stay updated on the latest beauty and skincare trends. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies. Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional manner. Provide feedback to the product development team on customer preferences. Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge. Prepare sales reports and present them to management. Participate in promotional events and trade shows. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service skills Experience in cosmetics or beauty product sales Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Knowledge of beauty trends and products Flexibility for outdoor work and travel Strong negotiation and presentation skills Previous experience in a similar role Valid driving license

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
