Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Outdoor Collection Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing outdoor collections, ensuring timely and efficient recovery of outstanding payments, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to clients' locations to collect outstanding payments.

Communicate effectively with clients to negotiate payment terms and resolve any disputes.

Maintain accurate records of collection activities and update the database regularly.

Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports to the management.

Coordinate with the finance and sales departments to ensure seamless collection processes.

Identify and assess clients' financial situations to recommend appropriate payment plans.

Follow up on overdue accounts and implement collection strategies to minimize delinquencies.

Handle cash and cheque collections securely and deposit them as per company policies.

Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive relationship with clients.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in collections or accounts receivable.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
