Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Business Development:
• Promote and sell credit cards, loans, and other banking products to potential customers.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
• Customer Outreach:
• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers in various locations.
• Identify and approach potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of banking products and services.
• Educate customers on the benefits and features of different banking products.
• Sales Reporting:
• Track and report sales activities and performance.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Compliance:
• Ensure all sales activities comply with banking regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
• Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Mobility: Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as required.
• Compliance: Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
