Outbound Telesales
Job Description
What You'll Do:
1. Conduct outbound calls to identify potential customers
2. Generate high-quality leads and set appointments for the sales team
3. Develop persuasive scripts and tailor communication to customer needs
4. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion
5. Maintain and update CRM software with lead information
What We're Looking For:
1. Strong communication & negotiation skills
2. Proven experience in outbound sales/telemarketing
3. Self-motivated and target-driven
4. Familiarity with CRM systems
5.Positive attitude and team spirit!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
Experience:
• Outbound Lead Generator: 2 years (Preferred)
