Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Arabic Speaking Outbound Sales Specialist

to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining our products and services, and closing deals over the phone. The role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate leads and close sales.
- Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and follow-ups in a professional manner.
- Maintain an accurate record of calls and client details in the CRM system.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
- Schedule appointments for in-person meetings when required.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements & Skills:

?- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (preferred).
?- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
?- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
?- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
?- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
?- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory for this role.
?- A high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
