Job Purpose
(UAE Nationals Only)
Provide day-to-day administration work to support all Outage phases. This includes scanning all of the paperwork for records to meet FANR requirements, track and control thousands of work packages to support the outages and distribute work packages out of the Work Package Control Center
Key Activities, Responsibility & Accountability
Activity: Pre-Outage Work Packages Support
• Print and compile planned work orders, ensuring required attachments: Nawah form, Job ticket, PRTs, OE, fixed forms etc.
• Ensure all procedures and fixed forms attached are in the latest revision - printable forms download in the ECMS
• Organize and arrange all work orders in sequence and numbering order in the library
• Provide weekly progress report on work orders printed, provide issues and challenges to the management
• Track and log movement of work orders - issue and receive the work orders from leads and/or supervisors only, follow up if not returned in 3 working days
• Liaise with planner, leads and or supervisors with work order issues
• Conduct briefing sessions to the workers and supervisors on how to fill out the work orders, do's and dont's
Activity: Outage Work Packages Support
• Pack and unpack work packages to relocate from SC01 office to the WPCC - Red zone
• Organize and arrange all work orders in sequence and numbering order in the WPCC-Red zone Library
• Print and compile emergent planned work orders during Outages, ensuring required attachments: Nawah form, Job ticket, PRTs, OE, fixed forms etc.
• Issue and receive work packages to supervisors/leads for worker's review and/or work execution
• Maintain up to date and detailed work package in and out movement/tracking log
• Liaise with planners, leads and/or supervisors with work order issues
• Check and thoroughly review completed work packages - ensuring correct format, signatories and etc. - as per governing procedures: MNT-PRC-0089, DCM-PRC-005 and MNT-PRC-0089
• Scan completed work packages as per correct sequence and order and store it in the shared drive
• Close out work order document as per process, OCR, sent for DCRM approval, create notifications in SAP and TECO work order in SAP.

• Liaise with planners, leads and/or supervisors with work order issues
• Check and thoroughly review completed work packages - ensuring correct format, signatories and etc. - as per governing procedures: MNT-PRC-0089, DCM-PRC-005 and MNT-PRC-0089
• Scan completed work packages as per correct sequence and order and store it in the shared drive

Academic Qualification and Experience
• Diploma degree in Relevant Field
• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Or equivalent as stated in the Procedure (HR-PRC-0004).
