Monday to Friday Timing:10:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Saturday Timing: 09:00 AM to 12:30 PM

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
• A minimum of 2 years of working experience is necessary.
• Possession of a valid driving license is mandatory.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience at Etisalat or Du.
• Immediate availability for joining is preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• FTTX fiber optic technology knowledge and experience.
• Differentiation between single and multi-mode fibers.
• Ability to read and interpret network diagrams and instructions.
• Proficiency in pole climbing, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
• Experience pulling and dressing fiber optic cables in OSP environments.
• Ensuring neat and safe cable bundling while following safety standards.
• Proficient in splicing both loose tube and ribbon fiber optic cables.
• Familiarity with various vendor's splicing machines and techniques.
• Experience in cable preparation for ODF installation and joint enclosure repair.
• Hands-on experience with fiber optic test equipment such as VFL, Optical Power meter, OTDR.
• Expertise in installing and handling various types of fiber optics including multi-core duct and direct buried cables.
• Documenting networks by labeling and routing equipment and cables, recording configuration diagrams and specifications.
