Job Description

We are looking for a content creator and designer to produce engaging Arabic content (Kuwaiti dialect only) for our social media platforms that is aligned with our company culture.
Your content should capture the attention of our followers whilst communicating the right message. For this, you need to have a creative flair and a vast understanding of the Kuwaiti culture, and a strong ability to translate requirements into design. The goal is to educate, inform, inspire and attract our audience.

Responsibilities
• Study required task and create creative messages and designs
• Manage hashtags, Arabic content, English translations and organize the schedule with the team
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
• Use the appropriate guidelines for each brand and insuring designs match the standards
• Contact international supplier for marketing collateral and other media content
• Copy wright content for website banners, social media posts and other active platform requirements
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements
• Proven graphic designing experience with Arabic content – Kuwaiti dialect
• A strong portfolio of content, social media accounts, or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Ability to design campaigns for certain projects
• Strong Knowledge of Google suite
• Ability to manage stressful deadlines
• Videography and Video editing is a plus
