We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Organizational Development Section Head to join our team and play a crucial role in our company's growth and development.Position Overview:As the Organizational Development Section Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the organizational development team to develop, implement, and evaluate strategies that will enhance our company's overall performance. You will also collaborate with other departments to identify and address organizational issues and ensure that our company's goals and objectives are aligned with our workforce's capabilities.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement organizational development strategies and initiatives to support the company's growth and success
Identify and analyze organizational issues and provide recommendations for improvement
Lead and manage the organizational development team to ensure the successful execution of strategies and initiatives
Collaborate with other departments to align organizational goals with the company's objectives
Conduct research and benchmarking to identify best practices and industry trends
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives
Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on leadership, performance management, and organizational development
Facilitate employee engagement and change management initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors to enhance organizational development efforts
Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management on organizational development progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, preferably in a leadership role
Strong understanding of organizational development theories, methods, and practices
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Proven experience in developing and implementing organizational development strategies and initiatives
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS software
Professional certification in Organizational Development or related field is a plus.
