ey Responsibilities:

• Performance Management System Design & Implementation:
• Develop and implement performance management systems that align with organizational goals, culture, and values.
• Create performance evaluation frameworks (e.g., 360-degree feedback, self-assessments, KPIs) to evaluate employee performance and development.
• Ensure systems are scalable, consistent, and equitable across the organization.
• Goal Setting & Alignment:
• Work with leadership and departments to ensure employee performance goals are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Facilitate the setting of SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) at both the individual and team levels.
• Performance Review & Feedback Process:
• Lead the annual or semi-annual performance review process, ensuring feedback is constructive, actionable, and aligns with organizational goals.
• Provide training and support to managers on how to give and receive feedback effectively.
• Analyze performance data to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement in employee and team performance.
• Employee Development & Growth:
• Identify high-potential employees and recommend development opportunities (training, mentoring, coaching) to drive performance improvement.
• Collaborate with learning and development teams to design and deliver relevant development programs.
• Provide advice and guidance on career development planning, succession planning, and talent management.
• Continuous Improvement & Metrics:
• Establish performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the performance management system.
• Conduct regular assessments of the performance management process and recommend improvements based on feedback from employees and managers.
• Keep abreast of best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies in performance management.
• Change Management & Communication:
• Act as a change agent in evolving the organizational approach to performance management, ensuring buy-in from leadership and staff.
• Communicate performance management initiatives clearly across the organization to ensure understanding, engagement, and participation.
• Support managers in overcoming resistance and addressing concerns related to performance management changes.
• Employee Engagement & Retention:
• Use performance data to identify employee engagement trends and collaborate with HR on retention strategies.
• Ensure that the performance management system contributes to a positive workplace culture, enhancing employee morale and satisfaction.
• Compliance & Documentation:
• Ensure that performance management practices comply with all legal and organizational guidelines, and are consistently applied across all levels.
• Maintain accurate records of performance assessments, feedback sessions, and related documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHR) is a plus.
• Experience :
• At least 5+ years of experience in performance management, organizational development, or related roles.
• Proven experience managing or supporting performance management systems and processes.
• Strong knowledge of performance management best practices, including goal-setting, feedback mechanisms, and employee development strategies.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in performance management software (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, Halogen, etc.) and HRIS systems.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills to track performance trends and generate reports.
• Communication :
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present complex information in an accessible and actionable manner.
• Leadership & Influence :
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with employees, managers, and senior leaders.
• Ability to influence decision-making and drive organizational change.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving :
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Ability to identify trends, interpret data, and develop actionable insights to improve performance management outcomes.
