Join us and create the future.Career Level - IC2Responsibilities:What you will doAs an Organizational Change Consultant you will collect and analyze data through interview, observation and informal discussion to understand an organization\'s culture, success factors, and barriers. You will build strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.Your duties will include:
Data Collection and Analysis by using various methods such as interviews, observations, and informal discussions to gather data.
Analyze collected data to gain insights into the organization\'s current state and identify areas for improvement.
Strategy Development by developing comprehensive strategies to facilitate the adoption of changes required by projects within the organization.
Conduct thorough impact analyses to understand the potential effects of proposed changes on different aspects of the organization.
Engage collaborators effectively to garner their support and involvement in inspiring change initiatives forward.
Define clear success metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of change efforts.
Work closely with change sponsors and partners to mitigate resistance and develop a positive environment for change.
Provide guidance and support to change network to enhance their effectiveness in driving organizational change.
Documentation and reporting on all change-related activities and change progress
Working with groups across the PMO through collaborating to risk analysis and identifying impacts to cost/schedule/scope.
Partnering with both client and internal team members and collaborators to identify, define, prioritize, document, and track functional and technical requirements.
Facilitating clear and open communication among team members to ensure accurate interpretation, application and understanding of change requests to existing requirements.
Required Experience
Bachelor\'s degree
4 years+ of overall experience in relevant functional or technical roles
Ability to communicate effectively and establish trust with team members and clients
Previous experience in process improvement, project management and strategic planning
Arabic language knowledge is a plus
Availability to travel as needed within the region
