Play a pivotal role in supporting Organisation Design and Workforce Planning team by leveraging data analysis to gather actionable insights. Set frameworks for the review of workforce budget, workforce models and workforce requirements in partnership with the business leadership team and develop manpower models.This position requires an analyst who combines critical thinking with advanced analytical techniques to optimize headcount plan and workforce cost.Accountabilities:
Support organizational assessments to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
Conduct benchmarking studies of efficiencies and advise on long term efficiency opportunities across various divisions within EAG
Take an active lead in the annual manpower planning budget process.
Establish rules in the review of all business cases involving workforce elements
Execute quantitative/ qualitative analysis of data and trends to proactively deliver insights and recommendations.
Conduct in-depth analyses on workforce data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for operational efficiencies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, insights, and inputs.
Ideate and create bespoke solutions and dashboards that empower exploratory analysis.
Ensure monthly reporting and review of monthly performance against committed targets in an accurate and timely manner.
Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related subjects.
A minimum of 3+ years of working experience in a complex numerate and analytical environment.
Demonstrated experience in manipulating and analysing complex, high-volume data from varying sources to identify patterns and relationships, using LSS software's like SPSS, MiniTab, JMP,
A minimum of 2+ years of experience in PowerBI to create effective visualizations and dashboards and scripting tools like R and Python.
