Job Outline:
Plan
- Supports in the development of cultural change programs to ensure alignment and integration with different business units and talent management frameworks
- Analyses organizational and individual behaviours to determine the cultural needs of the different business to be able to prioritise resources and support where appropriate
Lead
- Manages effective achievement of departmental objectives by setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal ? in order to maximize subordinate and departmental performance
Execute
- Manages the implementation of Hearts and Minds and the cultural initiatives with respect to new processes, procedures and corporate initiatives in coordination with relevant stakeholders in order to identify areas of improvement
- Manages the administration of cultural change programs across the businesses to ensure that the required solutions are developed
Conducts the necessary awareness sessions and presentations to the business to support the delivery and implementation of the cultural change programs

- Medical/Safety/Ground Safety
Qualifications:
- Degree in Behavioural/ Cognitive Sciences, Psychology or Sociology
Experience:
- 8-10 years
- Experience in cultural change / safety related including at least 3 years of experience in a leadership role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Advanced knowledge in cultural change programs
- Advanced negotiation skills, communication skills
- Advanced data collection and analysis skills
- Advanced knowledge in IMS
- Advanced Project Management skills
- Advanced Presentation / Facilitation Skills
- Advanced Professional Writing Skills
