Position: Order Taker cum Receptionist (Preferably Female)
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with their orders.
• Provide excellent customer service and support.
• Upsell menu items, including popular favourites
• Manage reservations and maintain the restaurant's front desk.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferably multi-cuisine.
• Strong upselling skills.
• Hardworking, customer-friendly, and dynamic.
• Skill set to recommend marketing and selling ideas to management.
• Good communication skills

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
