For our department Sales our location Dubai we are looking for you as:

Order Processor Product ( OPP Sales Engineer )

#### What challenges can you expect?


• You will advise customers / operators in regard to all technical inquiries relating to the MR product range and services (with specialized support from an OPP or specialized department where necessary)
• Creating, validating (technically and commercially) as well as sending offers and order for products, assembly groups, parts and services for the assigned customers are within your responsibility
• You process customer orders and service jobs for internal processing and scheduling
• Additionally, you are responsible with the processing of complaints and malfunctions, including inspection, taking measures, following up and correspondence





#### What do we expect from you?


• You have a completed degree in Engineering or a similar educational background
• Over the last few years, you have collected experience in the Energy Sector, preferably in the After Sales Service
• You are business fluent in English and Arabic, additional foreign languages are a plus
• Additionally you have field experience with Power Transformers and/or OLTCs
• You have a strong background in Electrical Engineering
• You have a business-oriented focus and the ability to work independently
• Good knowledge of processes and systems round off your profile
