Emerson Automation Solution, Final Control, ISV platform is leading supplier of Isolation Valve Solutions within Middle East and Africa has an extensive valve portfolio comprised of trunnion ball valves, floating ball valves, high performance butterfly valves, triple offset valves, and shut off valves.

The job is based in Dubai, UAE and will be primarily responsible for Timely and Accurate processing and entry of Customer Purchase Orders. This includes processing of orders adhering to trade compliance & financial guidelines, generating and Issuing the Sub Purchase orders to factories.



The Job holder will be primarily responsible for Timely and Accurate processing and entry of Customer Purchase Orders. This includes processing of orders adhering to trade compliance & financial guidelines, generating and Issuing the Sub Purchase orders to factories. Expediting the Orders with Factories proactively and ensuring the timely delivery to Customers.

What will be my responsibilities in this role?

• Reviewing and Entry of Customer Purchase Orders Received from Sales/LBP in ERP and generate the Internal Sales Order Timely and Accurately.
• Ensuring adherence to local and International Trade Compliance, Due Diligence procedures and taxation applicable.
• Submit the Order Acknowledgement to Customer/Project Management based on the Tiering of Orders.
• Modify/Update the orders in line with the standard guidelines and latest shipment date for the complete visibility.
• Effectively Manage customer change orders for improved financial performance.
• Generation and Issuance of Sub Purchase Orders to Factories/Suppliers/PM Team.
• Expediting the orders with factories proactively for ensuring the timely delivery to Customers and update the relevant system and files with latest update from factories.
• Submission of Invoice to customer adhering to the procedure prescribed in the order.

What do I need to be considered for this role?

Pursuing Graduation in Engineering or Business-related field.

Expertise in a variety of software programs including customer relationship management MS office and ERP software.

Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
