Order Management Specialist

Unox, market leader in the production of high-end ovens, certified as a Great Place to Work in Italy for the seventh year in a row, is looking for an order management person to join the Customer Experiencce Team at Unox EMEA.

Main activities:

Ensure the accurate and timely issuance of various documents related to Back Office processes;

Develop and update working procedures and guidelines for the Back Office;

Schedule tasks and activities to meet Customer Service KPIs;

Manage incoming calls;

Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax;

Collaborate with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues;

Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure on-time delivery of orders, including preparing loading plans and shipping documents;

Maintain the customer database, main registries, and archives of sales contracts accurately;

Handle customer complaints and process tickets related to goods returns (RMA);

Provide customers with inventory availability information.

Requirements:

Fluent in written and spoken English

Strong customer service orientation.

Must have a degree from an accredited university.

Ability to work in a team, meet tight deadlines, and maintain quality and professionalism.

Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, with preferred experience in the SAP system.

Familiarity with order management software and ERP systems.

3-4 years of experience in order management and logistics.

Must have experience in U.A.E export and Import procedures.

Must be a U.A.E resident.
