  • Accurately and efficiently process incoming customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring all order details are captured correctly.
  • Thoroughly inspect orders to ensure accuracy, including product specifications, quantities, pricing, and shipping information.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers regarding order status, potential delays, and estimated delivery dates. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Resolve any order discrepancies or issues that may arise, including customizations, special requests. Work closely with cross-functional teams to find effective solutions for accurate price update.
  • Maintain meticulous records of order entry accuracy of 99.99%, shipments & ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine order management processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Identify and implement best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments, including sales, production, and customer service, to streamline order-related processes and ensure a seamless customer experience.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY # 1
  • If pricing is not maintained follow up with Commercial team for finance update.
  • Follow up with account Manager for order release if orders are on credit block.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITY #2
  • If new customer intimate account manager to create new account in system.
  • Once new account is created order to be processed in system.
Qualifications and skills
  • Bachelor's in supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in order management or customer service within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Proficiency in utilizing order management software SAP, Sales Force ERP systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to find creative solutions.
  • Customer-focused approach and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
