Responsibilities:Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division(Hexagon) is seeking an Order Management Associate.The G&A department of a multinational company with office in Dubai (United Arab Emirates) is seeking an Order Management Associate to integrate our local team to:
Check and process software orders and project services according to the corporate policies - implementing procedures and workflows.
Issue maintenance quotations.
Support Sales team and Finance.
Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
Customer service and support.
Cut license keys and ensure delivery to the customers.
Handle relationship with Local Authorities, Finance and legal partners.
Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the ALI team in Europe and US.
Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.
Qualifications:
Business Administration degree (or similar).
Experience required:
3 years minimum in a similar position in a multinational company.
Good knowledge of Office pack and most usual ERP.
Experience in invoicing and customer service.
Skills:
Fluent in English.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an asset but not mandatory.
Extremely organized and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
Autonomous and proactive.
Strong team player.
Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure and flexible.
