Job Title: Oral Dental SurgeonWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Oral Dental Surgeon to join our team. As an Oral Dental Surgeon, you will be responsible for providing specialized care and treatment to patients with oral health issues. You will utilize your expertise and advanced techniques to improve the overall oral health and well-being of our patients.Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health, including diagnosing and treating conditions such as gum disease, tooth decay, and oral cancer- Develop treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each patient- Perform various dental procedures, including but not limited to root canals, tooth extractions, and dental implants- Administer anesthesia and other medications as needed during procedures- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and aftercare- Monitor and track patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans- Collaborate with other dental professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols- Stay up-to-date with advancements in oral health and new techniques in the field- Maintain accurate and detailed patient recordsQualifications:- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Oral Dental Surgeon- Board certification in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery- Current state license to practice dentistry and certification in CPR- Extensive knowledge of various dental procedures, instruments, and equipment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other computer systemsWe offer a competitive salary, benefits package, and a supportive work environment.
