Role Description
Strong demand has given rise to an exciting opportunity for an Oracle Solution Lead to join our rapidly expanding team, with proven pre-sales experience in Oracle Supply Chain, ERP & ideally Manufacturing solutions. This person will help us understand and translate client requirements, and lead the creation of a compelling solutioning response which will form a key part of our sales process & provide a smooth transition into design. We\'ve got some great individuals here to learn from, and to grow with, and we will look to provide the stage, & the support, for you to shine.
We are looking for a creative, curious, self-motivated and result-oriented team player with a skill set across the following areas:
Architecting solutions across end-to-end business processes using modern business processes and the capabilities of Oracle Cloud, coordinating other SMEs as needed.
Articulating the value of such solutions to our customers as part of sales and presales engagement, including leading solution walk through and demos.
Understanding the prospect and opportunity requirement and drive end to end proposal process in terms of business solution, estimation, project plan, pricing, methodology and differentiators by coordinating with multiple SMEs in the organization to generate a unified and winning preposition.
Lead customer / prospect interactions of the requirement and as per need of the time lead proposal presentations to the customer.
Build trusted relationships with Oracle's sales & pre-sales team to jointly target customer opportunities, and building winning solutions that draw upon current and roadmap capabilities, augmented by InspireXT's accelerators & assets.
The successful candidate will be expected to showcase InspireXTs differentiated value proposition to the customer and support the closure of sales process. Listed below are key activities that will form part of this role:
Demonstrating a empathy to the business and industry challenges, trends & opportunities, and ability to apply these to Oracle's Supply Chain, Manufacturing & ERP capabilities.
Developing understanding of InspireXT's Connected solutions and Managed Services propositions, and be able to articulate the value to a client's requirements & roadmap.
Taking a pragmatic approach to creating a bespoke solution and roadmap for our clients that draws upon InspireXT's experience & accelerators.
Become a well-respected industry expert through speaking & writing at events and on social channels.
Location
The primary focus is supporting client activity in UK & Ireland, but will be part of a global team that supports client engagements across US & Canada, Middle East & India. A UK base is preferred - however, we are flexible to candidate location. Fluent business & technical English is required, as is the ability to frequently support in person meetings with Oracle & client contacts within the UK & Ireland market.
Requirements
Successful candidate will meet all or majority of the following requirements:
Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills.
12+ years of design and development of Oracle enabled supply chain solutions, including experience of the pre-sales role.
Business process expertise coupled with architectural skills. Particular experience in retail, manufacturing or pharmaceutical industries will be advantageous.
Demonstrable expertise in Oracle Supply Chain and ERP Cloud (including Oracle certification), with particular focus on some of the following.
Oracle Order Management and Orchestration
Oracle Product Management
Oracle Inventory and Cost Management
Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance Management
Oracle Supply Chain Planning
Oracle ERP
Oracle Logistics and Transportation
Good understanding of functional areas adjacent to supply chain e.g., finance and customer experience.
Customer engagement skills - including curiosity, shaping of sometimes vague requirements, excellent verbal and written presentation skills, an unshakeable integrity (doing what we say) and a commitment to transparency (saying what we do).
Total commitment to collaboration with colleagues, external partners and clients to create blended winning teams.
Attention to detail and analytical in approach.
