Overview
The Oracle Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in guiding organizations through their technological transformation by designing robust Oracle solutions that align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities
Lead the architectural design of Oracle solutions based on business needs. Oversee end-to-end project management for Oracle implementations, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements. Conduct system analysis and evaluate existing applications for improvement. Develop high-level system design documents and architectural blueprints. Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle technologies to internal teams. Define technical specifications for integration with legacy systems. Implement data models and schemas to optimize database performance. Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project progress and clarify requirements. Evaluate and recommend tools for system performance monitoring. Lead performance tuning initiatives to enhance Oracle system efficiency. Ensure compliance with industry standards and organizational policies. Mentor junior architects and development teams on Oracle solutions. Prepare and present project documentation and status reports to stakeholders. Coordinate with vendors and service providers during the project lifecycle. Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and industry trends. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in Oracle technologies. Proven experience in project management roles for software implementation. Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture and administration. Experience with Oracle Cloud solutions and services. Expertise in data modeling and database design principles. Sound knowledge of system integration methodologies. Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools. Professional certifications in Oracle or project management are preferred. Ability to interface effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated history of successful project delivery within scope and budget. Willingness to travel occasionally for project implementations. Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams.
Additional Details: Travel/Food Allowances: AED 120/day Salary: Paid in INR Client/Unionsys Support: Initial accommodation, airfare, and visa expenses will be covered by either Unionsys or the client.
