We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Functional Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing, designing, and implementing enhancements for Oracle SCM modules (e.g., Inventory, Purchasing). You will work closely with technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on specific business requirements, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and standards. You will also be responsible for providing functional and technical support to end users, conducting training sessions, and creating comprehensive user documentation.

Key Responsibilities:



- Analyze, design, and implement enhancements for Oracle SCM modules (Inventory, Purchasing).

- Collaborate with technical teams to configure and customize solutions based on business needs.

- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards during implementation.

- Provide functional and technical support to end users across all relevant modules.

- Conduct training sessions for end users and create user documentation to facilitate adoption.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in collaboration with IT teams.

- Maintain a strong understanding of Oracle's current and future product offerings in the SCM space.

- Participate in Pre-Sales activities, including the preparation of technical proposals.

Qualifications & Requirements

:

- 10+ years of experience in implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions.

- At least 6 years of experience with SCM SaaS applications.

- Strong functional knowledge of Procure to Pay business processes.

- In-depth experience with Procurement modules: Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Qualification Management, Purchasing, Sourcing, Supplier Portal.

- Experience with Logistics modules: Inventory, Maintenance.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills, and a quick learner.

- Ability to engage in Pre-Sales activities and contribute to technical proposals.

- Ability to adapt to evolving technology and process changes.
