Job Description
Analyze and enhance existing Oracle HCM Cloud / EBS modules (Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, etc.).
Design, configure, and implement system enhancements to improve HR operations.
Develop and test system modifications, reports, and integrations as per business needs.
Ensure best practices and compliance with Oracle HCM standards and HR policies
