Sundus is hiring "Oracle Fusion Delivery Lead" for one of our prestigeous client in the Solar power industry.Location: Abu DhabiOverviewAs an Oracle Fusion Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion applications. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the implementation process, from initial planning and design to deployment and post-implementation support.Responsibilities:
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and effective decision-making.
Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Configure Oracle Fusion modules to meet specific business requirements, including customizations and integrations.
Leverage Oracle\'s configuration tools to optimize processes and enhance user experience.
Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Integrate Oracle Fusion with other systems and applications to enable seamless data flow.
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
Identify and resolve issues to ensure a high-quality implementation.
Develop and deliver training programs to empower users to effectively utilize Oracle Fusion.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to users to address their questions and resolve issues.
Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, system enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for applications, including configurations, processes, and workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as IT, business analysts, and developers, to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, data security, and privacy requirements. Follow Policies, Processes and Procedures as per organization including change management, project management, etc.
Financial Management:
Collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial processes and reporting.
Utilize Oracle Fusion Finance to generate accurate and timely financial information.
Procurement and Supply Chain:
Drive efficient procurement and supply chain operations through the effective use of Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
Optimize sourcing, procurement, and inventory management processes.
Human Capital Management:
Oversee the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and optimize workforce management processes.
Enterprise Performance Management:
Leverage Oracle Fusion EPM to support strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Drive data-driven decision-making and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion Applications.
Proven experience in managing complex Oracle Fusion implementation projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules, including HCM, Finance, Procurement, and EPM.
Deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.
Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Map business processes to Oracle Fusion functionalities.
Manage integrations with other systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, technical teams, and vendors.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Certification in Oracle Fusion applications is preferred.
