Job Description
Mark Williams is currently working with a prestigious government entity in UAE who is looking for an Oracle Fusion HR Specialist.Role:- Configure and implement the Oracle Fusion HR system to align with organizational HR processes
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into functional specifications
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the Fusion HR system through regular audits and maintenance
- Provide user training and support to HR teams for efficient use of the Fusion HR application
- Manage system upgrades and enhancements, test new features, and coordinate with technical teams for integrations
- Monitor and evaluate HR system performance, recommend improvements, and support HR-related reporting and analytics
- Assist with change management efforts for the Fusion HR system adoption
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technologyRequirements:- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Oracle Fusion systems
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
