We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant (Techno Functional) to provide expertise in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle ERP Fusion. The ideal candidate will have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP modules. Contract Duration: 1 Year (renewable) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary expert in Oracle Fusion (Finance), advising on best practices and system capabilities. Lead end-to-end implementations, configurations, and integrations of Oracle Cloud ERP (Finance) modules. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations. Support financial reporting, reconciliation, and compliance processes within Oracle Fusion. Design and implement workflow automation, approvals, and security configurations. Assist in data migration, testing, User Acceptance Testing, and post-go-live support. Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion Finance updates, patches, and best practices. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of financial processes, reporting, and compliance requirements. Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage project timelines effectively. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Oracle Cloud ERP certification (preferred but not mandatory). Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. 15+ years total relevant experience. 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion (Finance) implementation and support.
