The Consultant will contribute to the business process and business realignment related work . The Consultant will primarily collaborate with the core members across business functions as well digital transformation team. The consultant will re-image, re-think, and re-design the way work is performed to encourage the organization towards fulfilling its mission and achieve extraordinary results.Candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Implement the Oracle Finance Process Areas modules (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, IC, PRC, TAX, Budgets) across the group (must)
Day to day functional and technical issue of users irrespective of modules (must)
Finance modules setup and configuration related issues rectification within SLA.
Approval workflow with BPM knowledge (must)
Strong Hands-on exposure in Data Migration with FBDI and ADFDI (must)
Strong Hands-on Knowledge of REST, SOAP APIs, Adapters, Schema, XSD, XML schema (must)
Strong Hands-on knowledge on working Complex OIC integration with VBCS and PCS functionality (must).
Strong Hands-on knowledge in building complex BIP and OTBI reporting (must)
Customizing Standard Oracle reports in order to meet business requirements.
Good knowledge on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is must with tenancies, compartments and resources in order to administrate PaaS users, groups and multiple databases. (must)
Strong Knowledge in Advance SQL and PLSQL. (must)
Good experience in working with different Legacy sources.
Must have exposure in Page Customization using Sandbox and Application Composer.
Good exposure on Oracle Support platform for raising SR and works till closure
Implement the Dashboard and reporting structure across the Finance modules
Providing the training to all Super user & end user.
Implement the Oracle Finance solution with different sources as an integration.
Meet with end users to define and identify on-going business and operational requirements, including the resolution of existing system issues
Review, analyze and document business processes, workflow, and operating procedures to re-engineer and provide recommendations for improvement
Review and analyze issues and collaborate with senior management and various stakeholders to improve data flow management.
Plan, research, design, develop and launch efficient business financial systems guidelines and processes that can help users perform more efficiently and promote further support of financial, accounting, and corporate decision making.
Finance Graduate with 10+ years of experience within a large complex multi-site organization.
Skilled in Process analysis, re-engineering, and process automation.
Combination of accounting, business process and system knowledge of financial systems - knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP is mandatory. Exposure to other ERP solutions (i.e. SAP Ariba, EBS) are a plus.
Collaborative leadership skills working with others to identify issues, design solutions, follow up with action, and evaluate results.
Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to comprehend complex issues and present information in concise meaningful ways.
Experience with participatory methods, questionnaires is preferred.
Strong computer and financial application skills including ability to productively use spreadsheet, word processing, presentation, and database applications
Techno Functional consultant with below detail.
10 years of experience as Oracle Cloud Finance Module. (Mandatory)
1 year in Oracle cloud HCM Module. (Will be consider as Plus point)
Minimum handled 5 Implementation in above module and 2 Support projects.
Experience with PaaS/Custom development
Experience Integrating with other Systems (i.e. SAP Ariba, Salesforce CRM)
Experience in education sector for billing and collection process will be plus point
