Role Overview

Our client is seeking a skilled Oracle Functional Analyst to provide expertise in the implementation, configuration, and support of Oracle applications. You will analyze business requirements, design Oracle-based solutions, and work closely with stakeholders to optimize workflows. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Oracle modules and their application to diverse business processes.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle application configurations and customizations.
• Implement, configure, and support Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or Procurement.
• Provide functional expertise in Oracle applications to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and reports.
• Perform system testing, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of Oracle applications.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
• Conduct user training sessions and workshops to ensure effective utilization of Oracle applications.
• Support upgrades, patches, and other system updates while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within Oracle modules.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and governance policies in Oracle systems.
