: Oracle EPM Suite Specialist (ARCS Functional)Position Type: Full-timeLocation: Dubai , UAEAbout the Company: We are currently seeking a skilled EPM Suite Specialist with a focus on ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) to join our team either as a full-time employee on Payroll or on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ARCS functionality, coupled with expertise in related Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) applications such as FCCS (Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service), EPRCS (Enterprise Performance Reporting Cloud Service), and EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service).Key Responsibilities:
ARCS Implementation and Configuration: Lead and participate in the implementation and configuration of ARCS modules to meet business requirements.
Functional Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in ARCS, providing guidance on best practices, configuration options, and troubleshooting solutions.
Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ARCS with other EPM suite applications, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements to the ARCS platform, addressing user issues and optimizing system performance.
Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and administrators on ARCS functionality, features, and usage. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ARCS configuration and customization.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop test cases and perform rigorous testing to validate ARCS configurations, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Change Management: Facilitate change management processes related to ARCS enhancements, upgrades, and system changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in EPM suite applications, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvements and innovation.
Collaboration and Communication: Foster a collaborative work environment, effectively communicating with internal stakeholders, external partners, and third-party vendors to drive project success.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle EPM suite implementations, with a focus on ARCS.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing ARCS modules, including reconciliation compliance, transaction matching, and automated reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with related EPM applications such as FCCS, EPRCS, and EDMCS is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Oracle certifications in EPM suite applications are a plus.
