Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Developer/Analyst with a minimum of 6 years of work experience in ORION ERP .

The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding functional ORION ERP requirements through the review of Functional Specification Documents (FSD), Software Technical Specifications & Support, and providing valuable inputs to development resources.

The role involves extensive knowledge of Oracle database concepts, SQL, MS BI, PL/SQL programming, and expertise in handling various data formats such as CSV, Excel, and text files.

Mandatory Skills:

• Working knowledge of Table design, joins, creation of account masters, sub-queries, views, exceptions, triggers, functions, procedures, packages, bulk collect, collections, arrays, index, Oracle predefined packages, query fine-tuning, Oracle DB, Dynamic SQL, and data dictionary.
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in ORION ERP.
• Microsoft Power BI management & Project lead
• Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and managers to meet assignment deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Study business requirements with key process owners and project stakeholders.
• Strong Project Management skills in MS Power BI for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports.
• Design requirements by translating them into product mapping.
• Prepare Technical Specifications and provide inputs to development resources.
• Translate requirements into technical stakeholder understanding and prepare necessary documentation.
• Map requirements in the product and validate business test cases.
• Conduct Core-User Training/UAT with project stakeholders.
• Examine, analyze, and optimize requirements.
• Streamline POS, printers, Windows servers, computers, and basic networking reliability solutions.
• Provide consistent technical support, resolving staff access and L1 server issues.
• Gain proficiency in ERPs such as ORION, ICG, & MS Power BI showcasing adaptability to diverse software platforms.
• Orchestrate database storage and disaster recovery methods onsite, ensuring comprehensive data protection.
• Demonstrate intermediate skill level within Citrix console and implement robust ORION retail XenApp solutions.
• Additional proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows Desktop Administration, and User Profile Setup.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with ORION ERP.
• Strong understanding of Oracle database concepts, MS BI, and PL/SQL programming.
• Relevant certifications in Oracle databases and ERP systems are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
