Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Optometrist with MOH and DHA licensing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in optometry and a proven track record in sales. This role requires providing exceptional eye care services while effectively promoting and selling eyewear products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care:
• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to evaluate patients' vision and eye health.
• Diagnose visual conditions such as nearsightedness, farsightedness, and astigmatism.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, contact lenses, and other visual aids.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgery.
• Technical Expertise:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and eye care technology.
• Utilize diagnostic equipment such as autorefractors, phoropters, and slit lamps.
• Ensure accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
• Sales and Customer Service:
• Educate patients about eyewear options, including lenses, frames, and contact lenses.
• Recommend suitable products based on patients' needs and preferences.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting and upselling eyewear and related services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and loyalty.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Adhere to all MOH and DHA regulations and guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Optometry from an accredited institution.
• Valid MOH and DHA licenses to practice optometry.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an optometrist, with a focus on sales.
• Strong knowledge of optometric procedures, equipment, and products.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and build client relationships.
• Proficient in using optometric diagnostic equipment and software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
