Job Description
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• DHA OPTOMETRY license required if MOH, license should be converted to DHA license
• Customer Service experience
• Good Communications Skills
• Good computer skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Greet the customer
• Check the Case history
• Perform thorough routine eye inspections
• Assess customer's/student's eye to identify vision's status
• Conduct the basic eye examination using optometric device like an occluder to check the Visual acuity of Right eye and Left eye.
• And if necessary check the field of vision and hand-eye coordination.
• Perform the Colorvision/Colorblindness test
• using Ishihara test plates
• Recommend glasses if needed. Inform the customer to wear medical glasses/corrective lenses while driving for a better vision.
• Upload the eye test result in RTA Eye test Information portal
• Keep a record of student's eyetests report
