Responsibilities

Keeps the location neat, tidy and properly organized. Controls, in collaboration with Engineers and the Wireline Manager; crew rotation, sick leave, vacations and load charts of operators. Assigns tasks to the operators / casual staff to keep the equipment in the best of condition following the full preventive maintenance program. Supervises the loading of logging tools and associated equipment into trucks, pick ups, tool baskets or tool pallets going to the well site. Knows and enforce safety regulations including, but not limited to, shop and well site safety, explosives and radioactive storage. Supervises in servicing, inspecting, maintaining, marking, and changing cables and basic equipment. Ensures that WFT policies and regulations are well understood, accepted and followed by the operators under his supervision. Is actively involved in preparing the jobs with the engineers and assigned crew.Assists the Wireline Manager and Engineers with the training of the crews. Observes safe working practices, rules and regulations, wears all safety equipment as required, and corrects and reports hazards immediately. Works well with other employees to ensure the smooth operation of the district.Follows and directs the routine inspection schedules for the shop,equipment and vehicles. Safely drives and operates any transport vehicle and logging truck if required. Keeps track of driving license and training for all operators and organize training if required. Assists in well site operations or fishing operations if required. Know and fully understand Weatherford Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions Qualifications

High School Diploma or GEDAbility to communicate in native language.Weatherford Wireline certificates for Radiation, Explosives and Pressure Control. Min 2-4 years of experience Wireline experience
