OverviewThis role is responsible for organizing the peer review activities of the M42 Medical Staff, including but not limited to overseeing and managing the ongoing evaluation of healthcare providers\' professional practice performance (Ongoing Professional Performance Evaluation [OPPE]), the focused evaluation of healthcare providers\' professional practice performance (Focused Professional Performance Evaluation [FPPE]).Responsibilities
Develops subject matter expertise around Medical Staff performance measurements.
Maintains knowledge of key OPPE and FPPE workflows.
Maintains professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
Contributes towards a culture of continuous improvement resulting in enhanced coordination of work activities and improved efficiency.
Completes the yearly Performance Management Review cycles in a timely manner.
QualificationsRequired:- Knowledge of statistics and visualization tools - Minimum two (2) years of job-related experience - Fluency in written and spoken EnglishDesired:- Certified by the National Association Medical Staff Services (NAMSS)- Knowledge of credentialing databases and OPPE systems (MD staff)
