:\xc2\xb7 To carry out COC Tanks de watering prior to the shipment on daily basis as required to meet operational requirements.\xc2\xb7 To operate the API pimps, skim the oil if any in the separators, monitor the API activities on daily basis and report to CCR/Supervisor/ Foreman.\xc2\xb7 Assist Process Service Coordinator to do monthly COS tanks pontoon check, and carry out tank roof cleaning/ brushing jobs as and when required.\xc2\xb7 To fill chemicals at process plant chemical tanks and utilities as required on daily basis.\xc2\xb7 Assist Process Service Coordinator to inflate / insert/ remove 36, 16 and 8 spheres as and when required at STOREX * Metering Bay, BQ and TABK prover loops.\xc2\xb7 Assist Process Service Coordinator to drain/ flood the BQ /TABK prover loops to allow maintenance department, to replace filters.\xc2\xb7 To empty the chemical tanks, wash it in preparation to hand over to maintenance department for major maintenance.\xc2\xb7 To assist storex operations for pumping out and flooding of the crude oil lines as and when required.\xc2\xb7 Assist process operators during plant shutdowns and start ups.\xc2\xb7 Greasing of COS Tanks roof ladders.\xc2\xb7 Inject chemical to pump out points on routine basis.\xc2\xb7 Cleaning of daily oil sampling cans/jiskoots of process and storex.\xc2\xb7 To replace empty propane cylinders of loading turbines.\xc2\xb7 Wash all the used chemical drums and handover to scrap yard for disposal.\xc2\xb7 To clean and attend as required a minor oil spills in the process and storex area under the instruction of Supervisor/ Process Service Coordinator.\xc2\xb7 To carry out complete housekeeping of process, storex and utility plant areas.\xc2\xb7 Collection and distribution of mails to and from the main office to all process offices, CCR and stations.\xc2\xb7 Assist process operators for daily sampling.\xc2\xb7 Transportation of daily routine oil and water samples of process/ utilities to and from the COMPANY laboratory.\xc2\xb7 Collection of materials from COMPANY store to process/ storex stores when required.\xc2\xb7 To run Sykes pumps(Vacuum pump) for emptying crude oil filling & loading lines.
