Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented KOMORI L-420: 4-color printing machine operator to join our team for immediate hiring. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working as an operator, either locally or internationally.

Key responsibilities and duties:

• Set up and operate the KOMORI L-420 4-color printing machine, ensuring proper registration, ink flow, and color consistency.
• Monitor the printing process for quality control, making adjustments as necessary to maintain high standards.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and technical issues during production and resolve them promptly.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and production schedules.
• Keep accurate records of job specifications, production runs, and any issues encountered during the printing process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
• Blend and test paint, inks, stains, and solvents according to types of material being printed and work order specifications.
• Correct misprinted materials, using materials such as ink eradicators or solvents.
• Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, colors, and color sequences.
• Inspect and examine printed products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defects.

Qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience operating a KOMORI L-420 or similar printing machine.
• Strong understanding of the printing process, color theory, and print production techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret job orders and specifications accurately.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
