Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Operator to join our team in Al Dhafra, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a background in facility management or operations and possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and operate various equipment and machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures.

Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely.

Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or breakdowns and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting equipment.

Record operational data and maintain accurate logs of equipment performance and maintenance activities.

Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Coordinate with other team members and departments as necessary to complete tasks and achieve operational goals.

Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent academic qualification in a relevant field.

Previous experience in facility management or operations preferred.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
