is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and ensuring the smooth functioning of business applications. They provide technical support to end-users, resolve application-related issues, and work closely with the development and IT teams to enhance application performance.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide first-line support for business applications and resolve user issues promptly. Monitor application performance and identify potential issues. Work with developers and IT teams to troubleshoot and fix technical issues. Conduct user training and create support documentation. Ensure all application-related incidents are logged and tracked. Manage software updates and patches to ensure optimal performance. Analyze user feedback to improve application functionality and user experience.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong understanding of business applications and IT systems. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Experience in application support or a related field is preferred.
