You will be expected to work with minimal guidance, take action on urgent priorities, and act with a high level of discretion when handling confidential information.
Collect and verify the completeness and accuracy of all company legal documentation (Trade License and VAT Certificate), and ensure they are updated in CRM
Collect and verify the completeness and accuracy of all client information, and ensure it is complete in CRM Existing and New On boarding
Collaborate with team leaders and members to address verification-related concerns and optimize processes
Provide regular updates on the status of verification activities to supervisors or project managers
Meet deadlines and targets for account verification tasks
Adhere to confidentiality protocols when handling sensitive client data
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree preferred, especially in business or accounting.
Experience in account management and billing is a bonus.
Must have prior experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Language Skills: Due to nature of job and its responsibility proficiency in Arabic/ Turkish/ Russian is required.
Shows good business sense, can work internationally, and is great with numbers.
Pays close attention to detail, learns quickly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and gets things done.
