Operations Supervisor
Job Description
Responsibilities:-
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Supervise and support team members.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimize processes.
Qualifications:-
- Proven experience as an operations supervisor or a similar role in manufacturing
company.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques.
