The Operations Specialist II provides technical control, tracking and support of OMDAC-SWACA Operations projects and current business operations. Works closely with the Deputy Program Manager, Enterprise Operations, Operations Manager, Country Manager, Site Managers, and HR. Reports to the Operations Manager.

This position offers company-paid housing and transportation, a completion bonus and tuition reimbursement program!

You must satisfy all host country requirements to legally work in the host country in order to be qualified for this position.

Responsibilities

+ Stays in daily contact with the Operations Manager and DPM as required.

+ Follows Operating Procedures and provides guidance for procedure execution as necessary.

+ Develops and provides required customer and program reports.

+ Coordinates site access for all assigned personnel.

+ Ensures all personnel have current and accurate LOAs, CACs and Passports

+ Prepares monthly performance metrics CDRLs and performs trend analysis to identify potential performance problems.

+ Manages SharePoint, shares drive content, updates shared information as required; and distributes the monthly program newsletter.

+ Manages and monitors American Red Cross messages and employee notification process.

+ Maintains close contact with OMDAC-SWACA Security Manager and FSO for all clearances and security related incidents.

+ Have subject matter expert knowledge on all current OMDAC-SWACA applications.

+ Formats and edits applicable processes and procedures.

+ Prepares/edits/formats required reports for the customer and Program Management Office as well as various military organizations and Vectrus headquarters.

+ Working environment will be 80% office environment/indoors, 20% outside.

+ The environment exposes you to moderate noise levels due to cooling and other equipment.

+ Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

+ Qualifications:

+ Education / Certifications: One year of related experience may be substituted for one year of education if a degree is required.

+ Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field.

+ ITIL: Foundations V3 or later preferred.

+ Experience:

+ Requires a minimum of 3-5 years experience in supervisory or managerial positions of diverse telecommunication systems.

+ Requires 5 years' experience working with communication systems.
