Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Specialist to join our team and focus on the operation

of our client's DAP plant. The Specialist will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the

Diammonium Phosphate manufacturing process, ensuring smooth production, and contributing to

the continuous improvement of plant efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the operation and monitoring of the DAP plant to ensure production targets are met.

Conduct regular inspections of equipment and processes to identify and address any issues or deviations.

Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot operational problems and implement corrective actions.

Support maintenance activities by coordinating with the maintenance team for equipment repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.

Participate in quality control initiatives to maintain product quality and compliance with industry standards.

Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and supplies, and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment.

Update and maintain operational documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Assist in training and development of plant operators to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing environment, preferably in Diammonium Phosphate production.

Knowledge of DAP production processes, equipment, and safety protocols.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
